1st of all i thought it was just 1 of them things that the rear drivers side brake bulb had to be changed 3 times in the last month, but today i noticed that the bulb illumination warning light came on every time i was stationary in traffic then after moving off a few yards later it would stop.have tried hunting on here for the solution,im thinking a wiring fault somewhere but where do i start looking?bloody annoying.any help on this would be great.

Hi Gregers

It could be your brake pad wear indicators.

it will go off because the pressure has been released off the pads

check this first if you havent already

anyway, it could be the brake light switch... very common weak point. failure of mine caused both my brake lights to fuse as the same time :s
